Cancellation Policy: Tri-State Security Guard Training, LLC. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course date for any reason, including but not limited to insufficient registration, instructor unavailability, or inclement weather. In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling, our staff will contact all registered participants to inform them of the new date and time or provide additional options to be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Policy: Tri-State Security Guard Training, LLC. does not offer refunds for any reason. However, if a participant is unable to attend a scheduled course, we will allow them to reschedule for the next available course date. If there is an emergency reason that deems it necessary for a refund, such as a medical emergency, death in the family, or military deployment, please contact our staff immediately to discuss the matter on a case-by-case basis.
